Well it has been a year since we started offering flier distribution, and have learned a great deal about the distribution industry.
1) Finding good help is the hardest part.
2) Tracking is the most important aspect of any ad campaign.
3) No matter the best of intentions, accurate of a plan, or how “well” you know someone the temptation to throw away a few fliers leads to burning a few hundred. - - Managers must keep track of the media to the tenth . . . Use tracking measures!
