We must receive written authorization via e-mail or signature of our Client Satisfaction Agreement to allow Austin Texas Advertising access to, or research for, existing business structure and or current web presence.

We charge $15.oo a year for domain name registration and renewal for each domain name.

All Clients will be charged an initial $15.oo fee that will go towards the following years registration. For example, if the client already has a domain name with a hosting service and has recently renewed their domain name with 9 months left, but would like to transfer their domain to our services. We charge the yearly fee upon transfer which leaves the client with 21 months of paid domain name registration.

We offer web hosting services with a total of 1 Gig of server space, up to 15 e-mail addresses, 3 FTP users, as a standard service along with other great IHS Options. This service incurs a rate of $60.oo per year or 4 quarterly payments of $40.oo for one year of web hosting services.

Client Name understands and realizes that this contract does not provide ISP (Internet Service Provider) services, that Client Name must obtain their own Internet connection. The charges for an ISP are not included in the prices listed here for web development. Client Name will also provide Austin Texas Advertising the location of the Web Server that will be used for the maintenance of it&s website or web pages in the event Client Name hosts their site on a separate server space. By providing, any passwords, codes, URLs, directories, FTP addresses, user names or any other information that is directly involved or needed in order for Austin Texas Advertising to perform it&s obligations to Client Name. Client Name or Austin Texas Advertising shall also inform Client Names web Host of the fact that Austin Texas Advertising is maintaining Client Names website or web pages, and that the ISP shall allow Austin Texas Advertising to work on and make changes on their servers or computers as needed.

The use of color to accentuate, label and separate areas or text in the development of web project. The color scheme will be determined and agreed upon before a theme or any programming design work is done.

All text information should be provided to Austin Texas Advertising in a simple text file (.txt), Word Document (.doc), Excel (.xls) or Adobe PDF (.pdf) format with correct spelling, appropriate grammar, and shall be delivered by means of personal delivery, e-mail, CD, zip file, FTP or Authorized Copy from Legitimate Source. Austin Texas Advertising is not responsible for creating content or material to be published on the web that is not first supplied by client.

Words of text supplied by Client Name used for descriptive purposes that support the theme around said text. All content will be supplied by Client Name with a maximum of 1,200 words per page. web pages of more than 1,200 words of text may be subject to additional fees, especially if they require a great deal of formatting. Revisions to the content are common in this phase and we include one revision in this phase as a standard service.

Photos and other miscellaneous graphic images such as Company Logo, Advertising Media Stock, and all other pictures, branding or associated color schemes shall be presented according to our Information or Media Submission Methods by Client Name, or created by Austin Texas Advertising with Intelligent Creative Design. Any photos or graphics provided by Client Name will need web rendering, resizing or customization and will provide this service for 10 images as a standard service.

Austin Texas Advertising will maintain any custom coding or custom scripts that Client Names supplies for their web pages or website. This would include, but not limited to: Java Script, VB Script, JAVA, CGI Scripts, VRML, ASP scripts or advance HTML coding (DHTML, CSS, or Style Sheets.). If Client Name supplies the scripts to Austin Texas Advertising, then Austin Texas Advertising assumes that these scripts and codes are ready to be setup, installed and will run properly on Client Names web pages or website. If Austin Texas Advertising has to remove the scripts to get Client Names web pages working, recode them, or requires reformatting of the webpage. Client Name will be billed an hourly rate of $125.oo. If Austin Texas Advertising has to recode any existing script or supply new scripts for Client Names web page, Client Name will be billed an hourly rate of $125.oo. If Austin Texas Advertising supplies the scripts there will be a fee of $30.oo an hour for developing and setting them up on Client Names web pages. Once the scripts are up and running on Client Name's web pages, there would be no additional charges to maintain them on Client Name's web pages, provided that there are no additional changes to be made to the scripts.

Creating Company Logos, Coroporate Identification or Branding during this phase will effect project completion time and costs if not specified to Austin Texas Advertising prior to deSign phase. All creative aspects from this phase including theme, logo production, or branding will be produced at a flat rate of $1,000.oo for 1 logo with 3 revisions or 40 images, $25.oo per image or $30.oo per hour.

e-commerce is a very broad catagory and we service almost every aspect of exchanging money online other than serving as a payment gateway. We utilize Miva Merchant, PayPal, and many other forms of online fund collection with security and professional application.

A dynamic custom graphic incorporating company logo with the rest of the page will be displayed on the home page as a part of the design phase theme (Company Logo must be supplied).

Layouts are a malleable form of displaying the aspects of the R&D phase and the creative accents for graphics that will be represented in two different forms as a standard service.

Dynamic Site Menu with text links to other site pages for easy access of information, written in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, OR .ASP, which will incur a flat rate of $500.oo for up to 10 pages or an hourly rate of $30.oo per hour. A benefit of having fully functioning Themes that aesthetically emphasizes any contrastingl lines, bullets, colored and textured backgrounds, which are incorporated into the function of the entire website. We elaborate from the aspects of the R&D phase to have a fast loading, graphically exceptional web site which will incur a flat rate of $1,000.oo for up to 10 pages or an hourly rate of $30.oo per hour. Estimated time of completion for this option alone is 30 hours per 10 web pages. Estimated time of completion for the development a Theme is 30 hours per 10 web pages.

This important function will allow viewers the experience of interaction between intelligent graphics and the displayed information that allow users not to get bored while reading text on your site. This option will be created in Macromedia Flash or Adobe PhotoshopCS and will incur a flat rate of $1,500.oo for 2, 15 second 20 layer Flash animations and 10 other dynamic images, or $500.oo for each Flash Animation, and $100.oo for each interactive image not associated with the menu.
Estimated time of completion for 1, 15 second, 20 layer Flash Animation no bigger than 50% of total available page space is 12 hours.
Estimated time of completion for a dynamic image no bigger than 15% of the total available page space is 1 hours per image.

Client Name shall submit to Austin Texas Advertising, 20 industry related key words, and any information that will be helpful in the creation the meta tags for Client Name website, unless the IAC Development option is purchased in the Clients CSA. Each page will receive 5 content specific keywords per page as a standard service.

It is crucial to have as many links as possible that are relevant to the contents of the page in which the link is located. Links will be made out of the content of each page with a maximum of 15 links per page as our standard services. Additional links will be charged in increments of 10 links for $25.oo per page.

Austin Texas Advertising shall provide the Clients E-mail Address on any page that Client Name designates, as a part of our standard services. We provide a mining solution for all clients that will not list any e-mail addresses directly on the source code or in the content that would otherwise allow mining bots to harvest e-mail addresses which decreases the amount of site initiated SPAM by 99%.

We place visitor counters on all of our web sites as a standard service. We will not put hit counters up because they are a deceptive gauge for viewers perception of how much traffic the site actually receives.

This is the most crucial point in the entire website development process because this is when the site will go LIVE and be accessible on the World Wide web. The first step in this completion phase is to have both parties involved in the CSA to agree that the website is viewable on the internet, all content is correct and displayed appropriately, and that all email address and other optional services are properly functioning. The last step in this phase is the Client Satisfaction Agreement (CSA) or the Sign Off.

Up to 1 hour total of general Internet orientation / education, marketing strategy, web design consultation, and helping Client Name learn to use their own web site come as a standard service. Telephone long distance charges are in addition to any rates or fees quoted. Additional education and consultation will incur a flat fee of $30.oo for a maximum of 3 hours or an hourly rate of $30.oo.

Austin Texas Advertising takes the privacy and security of our customers very seriously, just as serious as our own. To that end we are constantly improving security, monitoring our servers and staying abreast of new developments on the Internet. Client Name shall have all information that is obtained by Austin Texas Advertising, held in the strictest confidences. Austin Texas Advertising shall not disclose or reveal any information obtained from the client to any individual or other entity for the life of this contract or until it has been released to the public by Client Name. All passwords, high security issues, areas of operation, business practices and corporate secrets of Client Name, which are acquired by Austin Texas Advertising, shall remain in the highest confidence and not reveled or given out by Austin Texas Advertising. Client Name shall also hold all information obtained from Austin Texas Advertising in the highest confidence. All business secrets, passwords, and high security issues, obtained by Client Name about the way Austin Texas Advertising operates shall not be given out or revealed to anyone. Violation of these security issues will be prosecuted to fullest extent of the law.

Client Name will receive basic updates and changes to existing web pages for the first month after the Satisfied Customer Agreement article of this document is signed by Client Name. Maintenance includes up to 2 hours per month maximum, subject to the limits outlined below and above. Additional changes incur an hourly rate of $30.oo per hour. This maintenance option will allow Client Name to make changes and upgrades to 10% of an existing web page on Clients Current Site. Upgrades will be done at thirty (30) minute increments, and all upgrades that exceed the 2 hours per month total maintenance, will be billed at $30.oo an hour at thirty (30) minute increments. No other parties shall have the right to change or alter web project other then Austin Texas Advertising, or the owner(s) of Clients Name during this maintenance period. If Client Name or an agent other than Austin Texas Advertising attempts updating Clients Current Site web pages, time to repair web pages will incur hourly fees of $30.oo, and are not included as part of the u p dating time.

Client Name shall receive URL submissions to at least 3 major web search engines, such as Yahoo, Google, and MSN as a standard service.

Austin Texas Advertising represents as follows; Austin Texas Advertising will create and use Artwork, Clipart, Programming and website pages other than Client Names logo and except for artwork and coding supplied by Client Name;
That Austin Texas Advertising has the full and unrestricted right to make this agreement;
That the artwork will not infringe upon any statutory copyright;
That it contains no matter contrary to the law;
That Austin Texas Advertising has the right to use the likeness of all the persons depicted in the artwork where Austin Texas Advertising has supplied the likeness;
That Austin Texas Advertising will indemnify Client Name and hold the Client Name harmless from any and all claims.

Any additional revisions, alterations, or reformatting of images by Austin Texas Advertising for web project that are not listed or covered in the signed CSA, will incur the fee of $30.oo an hour.

Viewer Response Forms are any forms or actions in which the viewer submits information to Clients E-mail Address, which displays a viewer response in Clients E-mail Address Inbox and requires some form of response from Clients E-mail Address by means of E-mail, telephone, fax, personal visit, quote, or letter. Forms with a maximum of 10 fields will incur the charge of $30.oo, and will incur a charge of $25.oo for every additional 5 fields. Examples: Printable coupons from site, Information gathering forms and e-commerce solutions.

Web traffic analysis is a certain gauge for any web page´s popularity and effectiveness. Advertising campaigns rely heavily on accurate web page statistics for revisions, additions and subtraction of keywords, content and information. We will provide basic statistics such as visits on monthly basis as a standard service for all of our clients. Any other specialized analysis will incur a charge of $500.oo per year.

We will add a web forum or blog with the related design to the general theme of the entire website, which will incur a flat rate of $100.oo for each individual installation. Maintenance to these sites is not a standard service.

All plug-ins that Client Name wishes to use for their web pages are included in this development and maintenance contract. Provided that they supply the support files and the plug-in to be installed. (This would include giving Austin Texas Advertising the manufacturer URLs to download the plug-ins or Client Name supplying it to us. All additional manufacturer fees would be billed to Client Name). Any changes to the files or support files for the plug-ins must be submitted to Austin Texas Advertising by Client Name in accordance with IMSM, or made available to Austin Texas Advertising by means of the internet or World Wide web. Any additional coding or upgrading to the plug-ins that requires reformatting, new coding, or the creation of files will incur an hourly rate of $30.oo. If plug-ins are to be upgraded due to a newer version by the manufacturer, and requires no additional changes by Austin Texas Advertising, there is no additional charges for the upgrade. This does not include, reconfiguring; servers, setting up mime type on server, or an extended installation that requires a reformatting of the user end files or recoding of the web page. Plug in installation will incur the fee of $100.oo per plug-in.

All sound and music to be used on Client Name's website must be submitted to Austin Texas Advertising in the appropriate format to be used on Client Names web pages. Any changes, reformatting or converting of a sound or music file, by Austin Texas Advertising will incur an hourly rate of $30.oo. (i.e. if you have a *.wav file and wish to change it to a *.au file.). All Sound and music files must be submitted in accordance with IMSM to Austin Texas Advertising by Client Name.

Minor updates and changes to Client Names website after 1 month will incur a flat fee of $120.oo per year or $30.oo per hour. Minor updates include, changing text, graphics and fixing links. All changes must be given to Austin Texas Advertising by Client Name and will be put up as is. Upgrades to Client Names website will be made only if required by Client Name, and will incur the flat fee of $100.oo per year or $30.oo per hour. Upgrades refer to changes such as HTML, CSS, PHP, or any other programming language future specifications. Austin Texas Advertising will upgrade Client Names website on an annual basis to ensure that all programming languages are up to date as per industry evolution as a standard service.

The next step is to bring in as many viewers of your information as possible with the submission to as many credible web sites as possible. The initial area of any campaign is to gain the attention of the selected viewer or observer, captivate their interest with a desire to take action to know more about your product or information, and urge them to contact your Customer Service department to benefit from what you&re offering as soon as possible.

Client Name shall receive URL submissions to at least 3 major web search engines, such as Yahoo, Google, and MSN as a standard service. Austin Texas Advertising will submit client&s website to 100 search engines for an additional fee of $200.oo per year. Austin Texas Advertising does not take responsibility for the placement of web project web pages or website by these search engines. Austin Texas Advertising shall have the right to add web project or web pages to it&s link section on the Magnum B.I. website, and to show any or all parts of Client Names website as an example of Austin Texas Advertising&s work, whether by directing people to Client Names web pages or website, or by showing Client Names website on remote computers or in Austin Texas Advertising&s portfolio. Austin Texas Advertising reserves the right to place an icon and link that will redirect all visitors back to the Magnum B.I. website, on all web pages and web sites that it creates and maintains for Client Name. Client Name shall have the right to show it&s website or web pages to the public on the world wide web, or internet. Client Name shall also have the right to print the website and use it&s likeness in any print, video, software or multimedia marketing. Provided that the client does not make any changes or modifications to Austin Texas Advertising&s work. Client Name shall notify Austin Texas Advertising of any mass distribution of the likeness of it&s website or web pages that Austin Texas Advertising has worked on.

In addition to the 5 meta tag keywords per page we will produce keyword rich content on web pages that are designed for keyword optimization. WE DO NOT PAY FOR ADVERTISING ON SEARCH ENGINES, UNLESS PRE-PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO CAMPAIGN INITIATION. We will act ONLY as an intermediary between Search Engine and Clients website. This service will incur the flat fee of $1,500.oo or the hourly rate of $30.oo per hour.
